We sell digital products and software ("Products"), including but not limited to downloadable files, web applications, templates, and licences. All Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
All payments on this site are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction.
This means Creem is the legal seller of record for your purchase. Creem handles payment processing, applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax), invoicing, fraud screening, and chargeback disputes. Your card statement will show Creem as the merchant.
Access or download instructions are provided immediately after successful payment, or sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it.
Because our Products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are granted at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided the Product has not been substantially used or redistributed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of People's Republic of China. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
